History of HAEE
The Association was established on September 2, 1992, at the Founding General Meeting, following a decision by 26 companies, which joined under the name National Professional Association of Environmental Service Providers, with a total of 47 companies ultimately joining. The Association is a professional interest group and a public benefit organisation. It represents professional interests with a focus on the environment.
The organisation’s members include environmental service providers, design and consulting firms, companies engaged in research and development in this field, as well as those involved in water supply and sewerage services, waste management, air pollution control, noise and vibration control, remediation, and the manufacture and distribution of equipment necessary for these activities. Today, we have nearly 290 member companies, all of which are players in the environmental protection industry. Our associate members are universities and research institutes. Our supporting members are large companies that place a high priority on environmental protection and sustainability.
