More than 12,400 actions for the edition on circular communities

The 13th edition of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) has come to an end and it showcased more than 12,400 actions to promote a circular and less-waste world.

Between 20 and 28 November, thousands of people from all over Europe and beyond joined our initiative to promote waste prevention, reuse, and recycling in their communities, schools, and companies. In this edition, the topic of circular communities was in the focus to highlight the role played by local communities to reduce waste.
